The term "Organic Bubblegum" best describes groups such as Yummie, whose use of 'natural' instruments rather than computer generated sounds separate them from other bubblegum dance acts. Yummie uses more basic instruments to create their unique sound, such as wooden drums and metal tappers, and instead of computer-generated synths, a type of gas is used (e.g. the beginning piece of "Bubblegum (Extended)."

The style of Organic Bubblegum is overall much more 'natural' sounding, and some aspects of Contemporary Bubblegum are also applied, such as the more 'mature sounding' female and male vocalists.
