Mary C. is a bubblegum dance project from Italy centered around vocalist Marilena Crisci. In 1999 Mary C. released the debut single "Bang Bang Bang."
Biography

Mary C. was born in South Italy. Since she was 4 years old the career of singer has begun. Mary C. sang everyday on the balcony and her neighbours were her first fans. When she grew up a little, at the age of 7 years old she began to study piano for 8 years. At 16 years old she began to work in a recording studio, singing everyday, and learned how many things you need to know to become a real singer.
As a good background vocalist Mary C. has worked for many artists in Italy and have completed 3 italian tours with many tv promotions featuring Alexia. She worked with such an artists like: Double You, Daniel Ducruet, Tullio De Piscopo and recently in the studio for Zucchero as background vocalist for the pre-production of his new album.
These are the important DJs she was working with: Alex Neri, Gianni Bini, Andrea Bertolini, Alex Voghi just to name a few. In 2000 “B-Side of the Moon” was released by Franco Amato (from Double You) where Mary C. playing role as a Female Vocalist. In 2001 she sang on a radio hit "La Playa Del Sol " (New Music International) a Latin-Dance song that was at the top of the italian charts.
In the same year Mary sang in the first album of Lollipop and the song "This is the reason" was written by her. In the summer of 2005, Mary C. & the band Radiowave have won the first phase in one of the most important Rock contests in Italy by the "Io E Te" song. Mary C. is a strong female vocalist who don’t know words like “I Give Up”.
