Aqua releases 2000's unreleased Freaky Friday single

Aqua has finally released the "Freaky Friday" maxi-single digitally on iTunes. The single, which was originally slated for a 2000 release date but was canned last minute for unknown reasons, features remixes from Eiffel 65, Hampenberg and Anders Westenholz.

Søren Rasted revealed in a pre-stage interview at "Haze over Haarum" festival Aqua's plans for the upcoming year.

Aqua will be touring the country and getting ready for their upcoming tour of USA and Canada. Aqua also plans to release a new single in Autumn. At this stage it is unknown whether the new single will be a new song, or a single release for one of the Megalomania tracks. More will be revealed soon.

In related news, Hej Matematik, Søren Rastad's solo music project, will continue to release new songs through the summer while they are on tour around Denmark.
