Trebol
Trebol from Spain consists of three members; Úrsula Amores, María José Romero, and Sara Ramos. They are best known for their 2004 single "Ritmo Del Caramelo."
In 2003, in order to determine who would represent Spain in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, a contest called Eurojunior was held. A group of 3000 candidates was steadily reduced down to 13, and the thirteen finalists could either audition for JESC solo or form groups. Úrsula, María José, and Sara all chose to compete as a trio. Each group or soloist had to record two songs to potentially take to JESC. The three girls recorded the songs "Niño Malo" and "Navegando De Internet" (also known as "Navegando Por La Red"). These songs were released using their real names, as the group name Trebol hadn't been decided yet. Unfortunately, they lost the contest, and Spain was represented by Sergio Jesús García with the song "Desde El Cielo" in JESC that year.
After the contest, the groups all decided to stay together and record. The three girls chose the name "Trebol" for their group and got to work on their first album.
In 2004, Trebol released their only single, "Ritmo Del Caramelo", and a 14-track album, which included their two entries for Eurojunior, retroactively making them Trebol songs.
Trebol had no further activity after they released their album, suggesting that they disbanded shortly afterward. In 2007, Úrsula joined the group 3+2, another band formed by Eurojunior 2003 contestants, but she did not record any albums with them and 3+2 disbanded after a single tour with her. Sara has competed in various televised music competitions over the years, including "El Número Uno", and has released a solo album.
