The Italians Do It Best: Quirky New Tune From ItalyReviewed by Mitch Andrews and posted on May 6, 2017
Just released from "New Music International" in Italy is a unique bubblegum dance tune called "Souvenir" by Pan Gam. The project is headlined by two magnet cartoon characters, Pan and Gam, who sing about their love for travel and souvenirs. If that's not a recipe for an awesome bubblegum tune, what is?

The production brings a new flavour to bubblegum dance tunes, with an intro that is very reminiscent of Aqua's "My Oh My," and and a modern dance production that reminds me of "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga, combined with the tongue in cheek female vocal that remains true to bubblegum.
The quirky music video created for the song is also a lot of fun, and features two singing and dancing magnets attached to (alongside other "souvenir" magnets) a dancing and singing fridge. The video features the magnets and the fridge in various tourist destinations around the world, and the lyrics reflect how much the fridge loves it's travel souvenirs. If the song deserves one award it is one for creativity!
Overall, "Souvenir" is a great debut single and I'm dying to hear what else this project will release. I'm hoping it isn't just a one-release-wonder like so many before. Be sure to support Pan Gam by purchasing their single!
