Superstar
Superstar is the name of a bubblegum dance project from Denmark, headlined by singer and songwriter Simon Kristensen. Superstar's most popular song is "Queen of the Night" which was released as a single in 2001.
In 2004, Superstar released his debut self titled album. The album includes the writing talent of Morgan Jalsing, who is best known as a member of Hit'n'Hide. The album also features Ditte Jørgensen as the female lead singer on some of the tracks, most notably a cover version of Aqua's "Roses Are Red" and the song "Boom Boom Boom."
After 2004, there would be no more Superstar releases until 2013, with the release of a new remix of "Queen of the Night" called "Queen of the Night (Ferrish Key 2013 Remix)." The remix was released under the alternative name "Simon Superstar."
