Luuk & Friendz is the name of a bubblegum dance project from the Netherlands, who released the song "Totally Joy" in 2011. The song was released in a digital compilation called "Best of Hero Music for Kidz" by Hero Music Productions, and the actual production and original release of the tune is probably a lot earlier, circa 2001-2006.
