Jamatami announces split

Jamatami, winner of the Bubblegum Dancer "Project of the Year" award, has recently announced that they will be splitting up.

The news came from Jamatami members Jazz and Miriam, who told one of our researchers that the group has been split up for some time now. Details on the split have not been announced on their Official Web site yet, but a "reunion show" date has been announced on Tamer's official Web site, and Miriam and Jazz have both confirmed the split.

The reason for the split at this stage is unknown, though it may have something to do with poor sales from the last two singles "Astronaut" and "Ma-Ya-Hi," which were both rather average releases in our opinion.

It's a great shame to see Jamatami go as they had such great potential, and their debut album was fantastic. However, Bubblegum Dancer wishes them the best of luck for the future, and we thank them for producing some amazing bubblegum tunes that will stay with us forever.

Jamatami will be performing their final concert on August 24th which will be called "Jamatami's last concert."
