Hanna Stockzell Interview

First off, Were you a fan of Smile.dk before you became involved in the project?

I've listened to Smile.dk when I was younger and Boys was a big hit in Sweden, and i could never imagne that i was about to be a part of the group ten years later! its really cool!

What are some of your favorite Smile.dk songs?

Butterfly, Future Girls, Dragonfly, Golden Sky, oo its so hard cause i love so many of them i think that each and every song is a hit!!

What is your favourite song from the new album?

Temptation Islands, Around the world, Tomoe, aahh even here its so hard cause i love them all:)

What thoughts and feelings come over you knowing that you are replacing an already liked singer in a group?

At first i acctually just becamed really surprised that Veronica really wanted me in, and i felt really flattered and really happy. Of course its a big place to fill because Malin is a great singer and dancer. But i can never take her place i can just make it different and do my best to create a great Smile.dk and to spread the good music, and hopefully you fans will love it. Me and Veronica are working really great together and we hope you all will join our great team!

And i will also like to thank you all that has given me a chance and thanks for your big welcome and your positive energy and comments, it helps me to do a better job!!

What would you like to see happen once the material gets released?

I really hope that all the fans will be thrilled about the album, I hope we can get so many more fans to purchase it! So everybody that wants the Smile.dk album will get it. And I hope we're gonna be able to tour around the world and meet all the fans and do shows and to make Smile.dk really in the zone again!! And to have a great party with you all around the world.

Where do you see your career beyond that?

I will love to do more music for myself and to even write for others and of course i would like to release a cd in my home country Sweden and be a really good rolemodel!

Are you interested in any other euro bubblegum dance acts? Any favourite bubblegum songs?

I like Aqua, and some of the great songs from them is Dr. Jones, Barbie Girl and Around the World!

Since Smile.dk is very popular to anime culture (AMVs) do you have anyfavorite anime or Japanese video games?

I actually dont have favorite game but i really love Sailor Moon!

Have you played DDR? How did you like it?

I have played it a few times at a friends house, and i was quite good at it, but i think i would like to practise much more if i ever should meet a fan that wants to play with me! hehe!!

Do you have a favourite animal?

love dogs, cats and horses and i reallly would like to swim with Dolphins!

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

I wish i could fly and i really wished that i could change people's minds and heal them from being sad, and to cure all the people that wants it to be wars in the world. I want to fly because i could bring food to the poor and so on.

What are some of the special characteristics you offer the original SMiLE.dk-fans that will make you be seen as a new member of the band rather than a replacement for Malin?

I'm a really open and funny person that loves to take care of others and i'll hope that will reflect in my Smile.dk clothes. I'm very natural but i can also be very mysthical and do things that people dont expect of me!! (in a good way of course). I'm cool, sweet and very hungry to come out and meet you all! I also like to experiment with the music and im really passioned by writing the songs and to give you all great messages and happiness in the songs!!

What is your favorite subject to sing about?

That everything is gonna be alright in the end, and that you are loved for who you are!

And lastly, do you enjoy chewing bubblegum? =)

Of course!! I love bubblegum!!!
