Tony O'Melley (Ulrich Moorlampen) is a composer and music producer from Germany. He is best known as the founder and producer of Harajuku, a eurodance group who specialised in dance covers of Broadway and Disney songs in the early to late 90's. In bubblegum dance, he is best known for Kristeen.
