Longhorn (real name: Michael Skouboe) is a well-known producer from Denmark. Longhorn is best known for his work with Hit'n'Hide, Bambee, and Ni-Ni. Today, Longhorn lives in Denmark where he continues to produce music for successful artists around the world.

Michael Skouboe owns Hipcat Studio in Denmark. Hipcat is famous in the bubblegum dance scene for producing some of the biggest bubblegum artists, such as: Hit 'n' Hide, Bambee, Ni-Ni, Creamy, and Miss Papaya.

Around 1985 Longhorn made his first single together with bl.a. Kenn "The Killer" (Dr. Baker, Tequila, Cargo). In the 90's Longhorn launched his own studio, Hipcat Studio, in which he assumed the position of head technician and manufactor. For the past ten years, Longhorn has been employed by numerous labels, including Megabyte, Sony, Toshiba-EMI, and CMC.

In 1994 Longhorn formed a rockband called "Way Back When" which picked up the label Sony/Pladecompagniet. In 1997 he started a dance plan "Epoch", and a single was released by DPD/Sony. In 1999 he began a cover-plan "Tranceformer" and a single was released through Scandinavian Records. Longhorn prepared his dance project "Ni-Ni" that was aimed at a Japanese market. The album was published by Toshiba-EMI in 2001.

Longhorn co-produced Bambee's single "Typical Tropical" and engineered Kabuki's single "Coconut" in 1996. He also released "Please Mr. Postman (Longhorn's Re-Edit)" and Cometz single "Please Mr. Postman" in 1998. Longhorn co-produced MISS PAPAYA's album "Pink" in 1998, with Honeycutt.
