Howard O'Melley (born Franz-Peter Moorlampen, 29 May 1954 in Hennef) is a German composer, producer and lyricist. He began his career in the early 1980s. Previously, he studied law and for many years he worked in France.
In 1981, he wrote for James Last the instrumental title "Biscay". Discovered in 1983 and produced Kristina Bach . In the same year O'Melley wrote the German New Wave hit "White beach of Helgoland" by artist Niko.
On their own label "Sound Around Music" in Hennef pop artists such as were Guido Hoffmann , Nadine Norell , Jeannine, Kristeen, Marco Kloss , Tommy Fischer , Two for Good , Frank Oliver and other manufactures.
