Official Biography

Born and raised in Malmoe, south of Sweden, Anders was always intrigued with music since he was a child. He used to listen to music, fantazising about working with it in a big studio. As he grew up a teenager, Anders started to make music for real. He never had a formal education in music, but the computer technology enabled him to make music on his home computer.

In 1990 Anders heard the track Infinity by the Artist Guru Josh. This was one of the tracks that inspired him to start making music. Little did he know then that he would be working on the same track, nearly 20 years later to bring it back on the charts.

Anders started working professionally as a producer in 1999. But it wasn't until 2008 that he got his real big break as a member of the Guru Josh Project, with over 1.5 million copies sold worldwide with the hit Infinity 2008.

With the hit of Infinity, Anders saw the opportunity to become a DJ. He's now been seen playing clubs around the world. Anders is currently working on is own projects with different vocalists, among others Steve Noble.

Bubblegum dance

Anders Nyman's involvement in bubblegum dance production first began in 1999 when he produced and wrote "Explodera (Upp Som Dynamit)" for Caramell's debut album "Gott Och Blandat," alongside Robin Rex. Nyman and Rex then went on to produce a series of bubblegum dance tracks for many popular groups. In 2001 they produced 5 tracks from Smile.dk's second album "Future Girls." The same year Rex and Nyman collaborated again on the Dr. Macdoo track "The Mad Piper."

In 2001 Anders Nyman and Robin Rex formed a new bubblegum dance project called Genie, in which they produced the title track from the debut single "Little Green Men," which would be the project's first and only release. Morgan Jalsing from Hit'n'Hide helped write the song. Nyman produced a bonus song included on the single called "Pop It Up."

In 2003 Anders Nyman produced "Makes Me Go (Mmm)" by Jazmine. In 2006 Nyman returned to the bubblegum scene to collaborate with Rex, Christian Wolf and various other well-known producers to create Machoman's debut album "Super Macho."
